Been thinking about a new career, pondering the idea of becoming a Gas Engineer? Well it's a new year which means a fresh start and an opportunity to make a change. If you are looking to get involved with Gas training courses as a complete novice, then look no further! We have devised training programs designed especially for new entrants to the industry. For example, our New Entrant Gas Training Package 2 includes everything you need to start out; 7-weeks of hand-on learning, portfolio completion and an ACS assessment - all of which are required to become a Gas Safe Engineer.
This 7-week package of learning will include:
- Training on aspects of health and safety-relevant within the gas industry, including asbestos awareness
- Training to work safely around electrical systems
- Training in the use of copper and low carbon steel so that your pipe skills are established at an acceptable standard.
- Training on heating controls, Airing cupboard and radiator installation practices
- Training in all areas of domestic gas safety

If you live a fair distance from our facility and the commute is halting your enrollment, then please be aware that we have accommodation available exclusively for our students just a short walk from our facility for the reasonable price of £20 per night!
