Dear Gary, Angela and John,Apologies for not sending this letter sooner but I have been so busy since finishing my plumbing course. I would like to formally say thanks so very much to you and your team for helping me completing my City & Guilds Plumbing training and also my Part P Electrical Training. As you know I came to able Skills with very little knowledge of plumbing, had my electrician on speed dial at the slightest bang and even less on how to handle tools. Your first class instructors Jim Singleton, Toby Mayes and Roy Johnson with their wealth of knowledge, experience and patience took time to show me how to do things correctly and imparted information not contained in any textbook. When I found it frustratingly complicated your team put me at ease giving me the chance to think things through and get back on track so that I could successfully complete the task in hand.My thanks also to Alan Rockliffe, for someone who has absolutely petrified of electricity, he was instrumental in me not only conquering this fear but also completing me Part P in electrical.Whilst Able Skills does not practice hard selling, please feel free to pass on my number to any female who wants to do plumbing but is unsure. I'd be more than happy to talk to them.P.S. I will be back soon for tiling! Best wishesJoan Saunders-ReeceArtisan Plumbing07958134948
