During this second lockdown we are continuing to operate as usual providing Gas training courses. We obviously have had to make many changes to the way we do things to accommodate social distancing and we are doing so whilst maintaining a high-level of training. When training towards becoming a professional Gas Engineer you will learn about boilers, how they work and how to repair them, however, it has come to our attention that there is sometimes a gap in the topic of fault finding and heating controls. Our Boiler Fault Finding course is for individuals who are looking to enhance their practical skills with additional technical knowledge on boiler maintenance, fault finding and repair. This 5-day course is entirely hands on, candidates will be working across a range of different boiler makes, old and new to ensure a broader understanding is achieved. Our Gas instructors are absolute experts in their trade and will guide you through a range of appliances, giving you a realistic look at the topic and they'll give you their person insights. The heating controls aspect of this course will ensure an understanding of the various different types of wiring systems and diagnosis of heating control faults. We have been teaching Gas courses for a long time as well as conducting ACS assessments and it has become apparent that individuals knowledge of boiler service, repair and maintenance is quite minimal. This course will bridge that gap in your knowledge and bring you up to speed through practical experience.
How do I get started?
Currently, on this course we have spaces available on the 8th March and 3rd May in 2021! To secure your place on either of these dates give us a call on 01322 280 202 over the phone we are happy to asset you in any way that we can and process your booking. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our training centre in person, whilst here at the centre we can answer any questions and secure your place on the course, we can even take you on a guided tour around our centre. Our office is open 7-days-a-week between the hours of 8:30 - 16:30!
Live too far away? If you live a considerable distance from our centre then you may have already thought about a hotel in the local area. We actually offer our own accommodation to our students for the reasonable price of £20 per night! - Our accommodation properties are all within a short walking distance of the training centre and have quick access to local amenities. The properties will provide you with your own fully furnished room with washing facilities and TV. There are several bathrooms/WCs as well as fully fitted kitchens and a dining areas to eat and/or meet your fellow students. - If you are interested make sure to contact us ahead of your starting date as spaces are limited!
