Working on a building site isn’t for everyone and becoming an Electrician on-site isn’t the goal that everyone in the industry is after. This is why the Domestic Installer route is very popular here at Able Skills.
If you are not looking to work on-site as an Electrician and you are only looking to carry out work in domestic properties, then a career as a Domestic Installer might just be for you. It will not make you a fully qualified Electrician, however, it will allow you to complete electrical work in domestic properties such as people’s home and other domestic areas.
We see students coming to complete one of our Domestic Installer courses for many different reasons, such as, they are property developers and they want to be able to carry out house re-wiring on their own. Also, we have a lot of students that want to be able to get out and complete electrical work self-employed in people’s homes.
Getting the right training is vital because electrical work has to be complete correctly and safely. That’s why training at Able Skills is the best way to get your new career off to a great start. We have a fantastic team of electrical instructors that work extremely hard day-to-day to offer the best training courses and structure them to the needs of the group they have.
Our Domestic Installer instructors offer the best possible training across the four packages available, which can be found here:
- Introduction to Basic Domestic Electrics
- Domestic Electrical New Entrants Package 1 (Part-P)
- Domestic Electrical New Entrants Package 2
