Workers who have taken electrician training courses might find that they are needed to help bring a number of ambitious proposals to fruition in Burnley.
Burnley Football Club announced a variety of plans today (February 8th), which include the upgrade of its ageing David Fishwick stand to an innovative StadiArena structure.
This would host conferences, concerts and exhibitions as well as providing seating for spectators.
In addition, the club has proposed the construction of the UK's first Football University, the relocation of Burnley Cricket Club and the redevelopment of Weaver's Triangle.
Commenting on the announcement, the club's chief executive Paul Fletcher said: "If you dare to dream, dream big and this is not just about Burnley Football Club, this is about the whole town of Burnley and potentially leaving a massive legacy."
Turf Moor has been home to Burnley Football Club since 1883 and hosted its first game against Rawtenstall.
