We are looking for two experienced electricians to join our team of instructors!
Here at Able Skills, over the last couple of months, we have been working very hard to ensure we are providing a socially distanced centre that is safe and reliable for students to learn and develop. Now that we are slowly but surely getting back to doing what we do best, we are looking for some more talented electricians to help us teach the next generation of aspiring electricians. Obviously you will need to have some real-time spent in the industry and have complete confidence in your ability as an electrician. Additionally, if you have any teaching experience or simply enjoy working with people, have good communication skills and are approachable then we would like to hear from you! This is a great position within an established training centre offering plenty of variety and a chance to develop professionally and on a personal level.
This is a great opportunity to change up your career path whilst keeping it in the trade. Teaching can also be very rewarding, if you enjoy helping people then this is a great role, as students progress through their training they will look to you for advice and information. We are the largest construction training provider in the South East and have an unrivalled reputation for the quality of our training. This is a full time, salaried position however, there is also the opportunity to deliver courses at weekends - paid at overtime rates.
