Fast track for experienced plumbers!
If you have been working as a Plumber for a minimum of 3 years but have never achieved a Plumbing qualification, then this fast-track Level 2 assessment process may be just what you need! This is not a traditional learning programme, we have created more of an assessment process for those that already understand the trade. Instead, you will complete assessments in order to show that you can meet the competency requirements of this level 2 Plumbing Diploma.
Experienced Plumbers can now achieve a City & Guilds Level 2 via our quick route.
As a time served Plumber, we will require you to provide evidence to show that you have been undertaking a variety of plumbing work for a minimum of 3-years. This can be by way of employer references and witness testimonies etc. The more that you can provide to us the better, we obviously need to check the legitimacy of your claim that you have been working as a professional plumber for at least 3-years so that you do not waste our time or your own!
Experienced but non-qualified Plumbers will be provided with a Home Study pack which covers the individual theory units which are then assessed in the centre by way of online multiple-choice exams. Candidates suitable for this fast track route will be allocated 10 days in the centre to complete all practical tasks and the associated online exams. Candidates will need to bring their own tools with them to complete the practical tasks.
