During these uncertain times, we want to reassure our students that once we are able to get back to providing the gas training courses that we love to teach we will be doing our best to get everybody back on track. We will be amping up our centre, providing additional weekend availability as well as gaining additional staff to make sure that our students receive the training that they deserve! That goes for those of you starting out in the trade and the experienced plumbers looking to take on the additional trade. We aim to give aspiring Gas Engineer's the best starting point when it comes to learning the hands-on practical skills and theory surrounding the trade, our instructors are eager to get back to teaching and we hope to see you back training soon!

Firstly, when training towards becoming a professional Gas Engineer it is important to attend a centre that provides qualifications that are recognized b the industry. Here at Able Skills, we use the well-established and industry known certification body BPEC to certificate our gas training and assessment and make sure our gas courses are run to the correct standard to be in line with industry regulations. BPEC certification has a reputation for quality and high standards and this is one of the main reasons that we use them at our facility.
Our instructors are also an important factor, we ensure that we gain the highest quality of staff in terms of the experience in the trade that they have. Working out in the industry for many years they are experts in the trade and now teaching here at our centre they understand how to convey the lessons they have learnt out in the on the tools to our students giving you an advantage and an insight into a career as an engineer! We also have great facilities, the newest equipment, appliances and provide everything you need for the course, you will not need to bring anything yourself we want to make the process as straight forward as possible.
We are also very flexible when it comes to payment, allowing students to pay in instalments unlike other training centres as well as providing training on the weekends. We want to provide training to whoever needs it and we understand that not everybody can commit to a full-time course during the week.

We offer 3-main gas packages that include the elements needed in order to prepare for gas safe registration (Training, portfolio completion and ACS assessments) such as our New Entrant Gas Training Package 2. These collections of courses are very hands-on and are taught by experienced instructors who have a wealth of knowledge on the topic of gas work! This 7-week gas training course will teach you to become an engineer from scratch! Covering a large range of topics we are confident that upon completion of this course and with the help of our talented instructors you can go on to start a successful life-long career!
