The introductory and advanced courses deliver important skills in only 5 days so that you can be ready to tile and develop an area of expertise in tiling. After the introductory tiling course, you will be able to receive a certification to prove your knowledge of these skills.

The Introduction to Tiling course is practical and takes a hands-on approach to learning so that you can easily pick up techniques and skills which are required for the job. The Advanced option does a similar thing; however, it focuses further on more advanced skills as well as the use of complex materials. We recommend starting with the introduction course then the advanced.
With the course, you will be able to learn about things such as preparation techniques for the work area, and then the basic ways of using, preparing, and finishing tiles during an installation. This is all done in only five days meaning that this tiling course will be finished quickly and even just after that you will have plenty of skills to transfer into the tiling work. The advanced course goes further to make sure that any previous things you know/have learnt are able to be done at an adequate speed as well as maintaining ideal levels of precision.
Despite there being introductory and advanced tiling courses, there is a wide range of other courses which are offered here. For example, there are chances to gain an NVQ (either Level 2 or 3 depending on the one desired) in tiling as well as a tiling diploma which takes a slightly different approach with more apparent theory work.
NVQs allow you to gain access to CSCS card which gives you the ability to work on-site as a Tiler.
If you wanted to specialise and develop further tiling skills related to a specific type of material, then there are some tiling courses that are associated with stone, wet-rooms and mosaics or Victorian tiling. These have the potential of making you very capable and diverse with your tiling skills.
