The City & Guilds Tiling Course is the perfect starting point for somebody aiming for a career in the trade, guided by our instructors you will learn to become a professional from start to finish! The course will take 6-weeks to complete in total and will start with the very basics and slowly work up to more and more difficult aspects of tiling such as natural stone, using marble and concentrate on aspects of preparation, waterproofing requirements for wet rooms and even floor leveling systems so that even the most uneven of floors can be prepared to receive tiles.
Don't have any experience?
If you have little experience, you shouldn't commit to a 6-week courses as you may not know if you actually enjoy the trade or not. To gain a taste of the trade and to grasp the absolute basics we recommend our 5-day Introduction to Tiling course. Taught by our excellent instructor Keith you will learn the fundamentals in a clear and hands-on week. This course has been recognised as such a good instruction that you will actually gain a City & Guilds certificate upon completion! This short period will give you an opportunity to know whether or not you could see yourself carrying out these tasks on a regular basis and if you want to peruse it further!

Require accommodation? If you live a considerable distance from our training centre then you may be interested in securing accommodation for the duration of your course, we offer accommodation exclusively to our students for the reasonable price of £20 per night! - If interested make sure to contact us ahead of your courses starting date as spaces are limited!
