Changing your career is a fantastic life choice to make. To change career it can make you happier and maybe even better off financially. You spend the majority of your time at work so isn’t it worth enjoying what you do?
Working in the same job and in the same industry every day can become very tedious. Most people that do not enjoy their current careers will never actually do anything about it. With many of them using excuses saying they do not have time to retrain, or they are too old to start again. These are only excuses because lots of people have proved that it is possible to start a new career in a completely different industry.

Here at Able Skills, we have had lots of students in our Bricklaying Centre to prove that it is never too late to retrain and learn a new skill.
We’ve had people come from office jobs, black cab drivers and even university graduates to train as Bricklayers and have a whole new career path. Our students go onto very successful careers in bricklaying, either they go on-site to work on start their own company.
