This is ideal for people looking to grasp the basics, maybe you want to spruce up some rooms in your house, do a spot of interior design or even renovate properties. However, if you're seriously considering a career in this trade you'll need to take a more long-term course.

The City & Guilds Painting and Decorating Course is completely suited to those looking to get work in this industry. You'll get 5-weeks of practical work under your apron!

NVQ Level 2 Painting & Decorating Course:
Want to take your knowledge and skills even further? The next step after the City & Guilds Painting & Decorating Course would be to upgrade to the NVQ Level 2 Painting & Decorating Course.
If you're interested in working towards an NVQ then this course is your best bet! The upgrade would mean an additional 2 weeks, during those 2 weeks you will learn some more advanced techniques. Nervous about the idea of taking an NVQ? Our instructors will coach you on everything you need to be successful in achieving your NVQ answer any questions and solve any problems you may have!
