Plumbing work said to be essential by Government!
To those who had plumbing courses booked with us please check your email and get back to us. During the lockdown, it has been unclear who should be on the tools and who shouldn't be, however, it has now been said that plumbing business should carry out work when they can as the demand continues to grow. It seems obvious that there would be a steady demand for plumbing services during this time, now certain plumbing companies have said that they expect to make a profit during these times due to a demand for the majority of their services, which have been designated as essential under the UK government’s pandemic rules.
As of yesterday the 20th of April it has been said that self-employed persons working as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, IT repair agents and motor mechanics will be allowed to resume work during lockdown 2.0 meaning that not only companies will be able to continue making a profit during this second phase of lockdown. If you are prepared to work at the moment then you can!

Here at our training centre in Dartford, Kent we have had to suspend all of our plumbing courses and we aim to make a structured come-back as soon as it is possible and safe to do so. We will be hiring additional staff and offering extra time including other measures to make sure that we get all of our students back on the right track towards their desired qualifications!
