Research shows that there is plenty of work for traders!

Although there is a lot of uncertainty at the moment, surrounding people's employment, the end of the furlough scheme and generally the ongoing pandemic which is having its effect on all of us in one way or another. However, in light of this it seems that the trades industry is doing extremely well at the moment, with many professionals claiming that they have seen their client demand reach their highest levels ever, post-COVID! It seems that no matter what's going on in the world people still need the services of tradespeople from carpentry to electrics and everything in between.

This increase is demand doesn't seem to be just one trade, all across the board, tradespeople are seeing an increase in work. In July, for example, 46% of tradespeople saw their workload increase, and new data suggests that 15% of tradespeople are the busiest they have ever been. A lot of business are in catch-up mode at the moment and so are construction firms but those who are self-employed are enjoying the work that is being fuelled by an increase sale of houses and generally people looking to improve their homes as they spend more and more time at home these days.

If you live a considerable distance from our centre here in Dartford, Kent - You should know that we have accomodation available exclusively to our students. Our accommodation is located just a short walking distance from us and can be booked for the reasonable price of just £20 per night! - If you are interested make sure to contact well ahead of your courses' starting date as spaces are limited!
