Our short plumbing courses have proven to be extremely popular among many people over the last year. With many of our students coming to complete this basic plumbing course to help them become Property Developers or even a career in maintenance. A lot of people are choosing this option as a starter for a career change.

Here at Able Skills we make it easy to get training with lots of courses here at our adult training centre in Dartford. We are now seeing that many people are now choosing the Introduction to Plumbing course to begin their new careers.
An increase in Property Developers here at Able Skills has meant we have made a programme that will allow our students to get all the skills they need to carry out property development. One of the main courses they choose is the short plumbing course and is slowly becoming one of the most popular short courses.
Along with the Property Developers we are also seeing a lot of students coming to complete our plumbing course as they plan to begin a career in maintenance. One of our students on the plumbing course this week is John. Currently working in security for Waitrose Distribution centre he is now looking to stay in the group but join the maintenance team. He has really enjoyed the course so far this week and had high praise for both Sam and Jim for their fantastic teaching methods.

John is also looking at a short carpentry course in the future and he has even considered coming back to complete the City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing Course.
Just like John we have seen a lot of people use the short plumbing courses as a taster to decide whether they want to take it further and complete the Level 2 Course with us.
