Here at Able Skills we are here 7-days a week helping students to learn and develop new skills through our Plumbing courses. During this second lockdown it will be business as usual for us with social distancing measures in place. If you are interested in becoming a professional plumber then there is no better starting point than our City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing course - This 6-week course will ultimately teach you to become a plumber from scratch. During your time on this course you will engage in a mix of both classroom-based theory sessions and hands-on practical tasks. We aim to have you leave this course feeling confident in your theory knowledge on domestic plumbing and have new hands-on practical skills enabling you to work successfully as a Plumber. We now have spaces available on this course starting on the 17th May in the new year!

During the 6-weeks we will aim to give you a realistic look at the trade. Our instructors are absolute experts in the trade and have years of experience both working out in the industry themselves and now teaching here at our centre. They will guide you through a huge number of topics including; electrical principles and processes, common plumbing processes, cold water systems, domestic hot water systems, sanitation, central heating systems and drainage systems. We provide everything you'll need such as materials, tools and so on. You will not find a better training opportunity for beginners to the trade and develops their skillset to the point which allows students to begin working out on site and gain initial Plumbing experience straight from completion.

Booking courses with us is simple and can be done in a few different ways. Firstly, you can call us directly over the phone on 01322 280 202 - Over the phone we can answer any questions that you have about the training that we offer and process your booking. You are also welcome to visit us in person, our office is always open, feel free to come and talk to a member of staff, gain more insight and secure your place on a course. Finally, you can book many of the courses that we offer online, simple take a look through our website, on each course page there's a button 'Reserve your Space' which is where you can select and available date that suits you and fill in your details. Want to take on Plumbing courses with us but live too far away? If you live a considerable distance from our centre then you may have already thought about booking a hotel in the local area. We actually offer our own accommodation exclusively to our students. Our accommodation buildings are all located just a short walking distance from our centre and can be booked for the reasonable price of just £20 per night! The properties will provide you with your own fully furnished room with washing facilities and TV. There are several bathrooms/WCs as well as fully fitted kitchens and a dining areas to eat and/or meet your fellow students. - If interested make sure to contact us well ahead of your Plumbing courses with us a spaces are limited and often go quickly!
