At our training centre we offer a full range of Tiling courses, whether you are looking to learn some DIY skills through our Introduction to Tiling course or you are a working professional looking to achieve an NVQ. Want to learn the basics?
If you are simply looking to gain an understanding of the basics then we have a few options. We offer a 5-day Introduction to Tiling course which will give you a taste of the trade and will touch on things like how to properly prepare an area for tiling, setting out, how to cut and lay tiles as well as grouting and cleaning aspects. This course has been recognised as a great introduction to the trade and as such you will receive an Able Skills certificate upon completed assured by City & Guilds. We also offer both a 3-week and 4-week DIY Tiling courses - These options will expand past the basics and give you a solid understanding of the trade to a good standard and will give you a solid amount of hands-on experience.
Want to start a career?
Now, if you are looking to make a start working towards a career in the trade then you should be looking at our NVQ Level 2 Tiling Course - This course is 8-weeks in total and will effectively teach you to become a professional from scratch. The reason that we recommend this course is that after your initial training this course will prepare you to take on a NVQ or National Vocational Qualification which is the qualification you will need to work on construction sites across the country as you will need a CSCS card. With this 8-weeks of constant tiling under your belt you will be ready for anything once you begin working in the industry, we want you to leave this course with new-found skills and knowledge as well as the confidence that you have been taught to a high-standard. Our instructors are experts in the trade and will be there at all times when you need help, guidance and reassurance. We currently have spaces available on this course in April, May and June in the new year!

Firstly, you can directly give us a call over the phone on 01322 280 202, over the phone we are happy to answer any questions that you have about a particular course, provide some genuine guidance and process your booking. You are also welcome to visit our training centre in person. Whilst here at the centre we can discuss the options available in more detail and even take you around so that you know what to expect from us. Finally, you can book many of the training options that we offer online, take a browse through our website, on each course page there is a button 'Reserve your Space' where you can select a starting date that suits you and fill in your details.
