We are determined to get electrician courses back on track!
Obviously, at this moment in time, we cannot provide a date on which we will return. We are following government advice as everybody should be, however, we want our current students and potential students to be aware that we are planning to get everything back on track in terms of electrician courses, getting you back on track working towards those all-important qualifications. We will be ramping up our training centre, hiring additional staff and offering things like extra weekend availability! Currently, we are also offering the chance to switch between a Level 2 or 3 to a 'Home-Study Option' which will allow you to get started with the theory, right now, at home!
Great practical experience is gained on our electrical courses!
The Home Study Electrics Level 2 and Home Study Electrics Level 3 courses are just as valuable as the traditional courses, you will learn the exact same lessons in every respect when it comes to both practical and theory. Additionally, you will achieve the exact same level of industry recognised City & Guilds qualification, the only difference is the amount of time that the course will take to complete, however, at this moment in time with our current suspension on training this option is a no-brainer, being able to get started learning right away!
We do not normally allow a switch between these two options, traditional and home-study. However, this simply just makes sense for us and our students who had these courses book for the next upcoming weeks and months. If you decide to take up this offer, please reply to the email from info@ableskills.co.uk we will send you a 'Home-Study Pack' which includes all of the theory you need to learn to achieve either qualification as well as referring to the online platform Smartscreen and do your best to understand what you have been given for around 3 - 6 months. Once we return you will be able to book your 3/4-weeks depending on the qualification to learn the practical skills and complete the relevant assessments!
