Here at Able Skills we have worked hard to ensure that we are providing a safe and reliable space for people to train and develop their skills during this pandemic through our plumbing courses and range of other trades. All is going well and we have no issues, classes are smaller and social distancing measures are in place but the training is still at the high quality you would expect. Weekend Plumbing training available in May!
Our City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing course is the ultimate starting point for anybody interested in learning the trade of plumbing. This course really will teach you to become a plumber from scratch. You will learn through a mix of both theory lessons set in a classroom and practical hands-on sessions out in the fully-equipped workshops. You'll be guided by our expert instructors who have years of experience both working out in the industry and teaching here at our centre. The training course will provide you with a range of plumbing skills covering various topics from hot water systems to pipe-bending. Learning on a weekend basis you will attend the centre for two weekends out of every month.
Will I earn the same qualification?
Yes, here at Able Skills we are a City & Guilds approved training centre which means that we can supply City & Guilds qualifications. These are industry-recognised and will be seen as a valuable qualification by any employer. City & Guilds have been around for over a 100+ years, they are an awarding body who aim to to protect and promote the standard of technical education. There is no difference between taking this Level 2 Plumbing course on the weekends except, generally the amount of time that the course will take to complete, you will receive the same training from the same instructors are receive the same level of certificate.
When can I get started?
You can get started as soon as May 1st 2021! We will be releasing more dates for the new year as we get closer. To secure your place on this date you can either give us a call on 01322 280 202 - Over the phone we are happy to answer any questions, provide advice and get you booked in. You can also come and visit our centre in person and even take a look around for yourself. For more information about the plumbing courses that we teach here at Able Skills call us on 01322 280 202. In person we can secure your place on one of our courses and even take you on a guided tour around the centre so that you can see for yourself what is on offer and what to expect when training with us.
