The latest plans for the redevelopment of Wembley City have been announced and it looks like engineers who have completed electrical courses will be needed.
In a statement published by Quintain Estates & Development, it was revealed that that a 160,000 sq m area may see the construction of residential properties, shop and hotel space, as well as student accommodation.
In order to carry out this work, the developers are sure to need the skills of workers who have taken electrical courses.
Quintain deputy chief executive Nick Shattock highlighted how several stages of the ambitious project have already been finished, such as Wembley Arena and Arena Square.
He added: "The regeneration of Wembley City is already well underway with the first 520 homes completed ... and work due to start shortly on London's first Designer Outlet Centre alongside a new cinema."
Commenting on the progress of the initiative recently, Financial Times writer Richard Holledge stated that there has been a flurry of activity by stakeholders in the Wembley City project of late.
