A mother who took a plumbing course has described how much she enjoys the activities involved with the profession.
Kelly Adamson told the Lancashire Telegraph she intends to one day start a female plumbing firm.
She explained that she went to work with her father for a time before she enrolled on a plumbing course and now loves what she does.
"It was my dad's last wish for me to get into the plumbing trade. He had always drummed it into my head that that's what I should do," she was quoted as saying.
Ms Adamson noted that it was not until she found a place that offered plumbing courses that she was able to get into the profession, as several companies had been less than helpful about aiding her efforts.
